Terms Of Service / Return Policy

Return requirements:

• Items must be returned unopened in original packaging.

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date.*

• Jewelry must be unworn and undamaged. All Items inspected thoroughly for damages prior to shipment.

• No returns accepted on After Care products, Adult toys, DVD's, Books, Clearence items and Custom orders.

• All returns must have RMA number. Follow steps below to initiate return.

How to return an item:

Email us at info@pts503.com with the following information:

• Reason for the return

• Order number

• Item you wish to return

• Item condition (If damaged by carrier please provide pictures of damaged packages and item)

What to expect:

Once you have emailed all the requirements to info@pts503.com you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Once we receive the item and inspect it you will receive in store credit for your return. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All returns MUST include your RMA number as well as your Order number. We recommend that you pack all items in a secure manner using a sturdy box, bubble wrap or padded envelope. Poorly packed items or items sent in regular envelopes may become damaged. These items will NOT be eligible for return. Buyer assumes liability of items that are not returned properly.

As a precaution we recommend taking a photo of the repacked item prior to return.

Once we receive your return, it will take 3 to 5 business days to process the return and 

in-store credit will be applied to your account. You will receive a confirmation email at the time we complete your return.
